Charles N. Bendes

Charles N. Bendes has practiced law in Oakland, California, since 1977. He was the 2009 President of the Alameda County Bar Association. Mr. Bendes' practice areas include business and real estate litigation and transactions, commercial and residential leases and landlord-tenant matters, construction matters, corporate and partnership law, non marital domestic partnership matters, professional negligence, and complex civil litigation. Mr. Bendes is the 1960 recipient of the Camp Squamasee Canoeing Trophy (Junior Division). He received his B.A. degree in 1973 from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio, and his J.D. degree in 1976 from the University of Santa Clara School of Law in Santa Clara, California, summa cum laude.
