Directions

We are located in the Lake Merritt Plaza Building (28-story office building) on the corner of 20th and Harrison Streets in Oakland. (Mauve-colored building, curved on one side).

BART: If you are taking BART, get off at the 19th Street Station in Oakland, and exit at 20th Street. Our office is located 3 blocks from the 19th Street BART Station.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From Walnut Creek/Concord: Take Highway 24 West into Oakland/Berkeley; take Highway 580 East (toward Hayward); take the Harrison Street exit; turn right onto Harrison Street; follow Harrison Street about 1 to 1-1/2 miles to 20th Street.

From Fremont/Hayward: Take Highway 880 North into Oakland; take the Broadway exit; turn right onto Broadway; follow Broadway about 1 mile to 20th Street; turn right on 20th Street; Harrison Street is 3 blocks.

From San Francisco Airport: Take Highway 101 North into San Francisco; watch for the "Bay Bridge" or "880" signs; take the Bay Bridge across the bay; take 580 East (toward Hayward); take the Harrison Street exit (approx. the 3rd or 4th exit); turn right onto Harrison Street; follow Harrison Street about 1 to 1-1/2 miles to 20th Street.

From Dublin/Pleasanton: Take Highway 580 West (toward Oakland); take the Harrison Street exit; turn left onto Harrison Street; follow Harrison Street about 1 to 1-1/2 miles to 20th Street.

From Sacramento/Emeryville: Take Interstate 80 West; when you are passing the Emeryville/ Berkeley area, you should get in one of the far left two lanes; take Highway 580 East (toward Hayward); take the Harrison Street exit; turn right onto Harrison Street; follow Harrison Street about 1 to 1-1/2 miles to 20th Street.

PARKING:

Lake Merritt Plaza Building (on the Harrison Street side of the building) at the rate of $1.75 every 20 minutes, $5.25 every hour, $22.00 daily (12 hour) maximum, $30.00 24 hour maximum. No parking validation available.

Kaiser Building (across the street, also at the corner of 20th and Harrison Streets) at the rate of $5.00 per hour with a maximum daily rate of $20.00.

There are parking meters located on most streets surrounding the Lake Merritt Plaza Building.
