Eric Nyberg and Kornfield, Nyberg, Bendes & Kuhner, P.C. have been selected to act as local counsel for Allan B. Diamond, the Chapter 11 Trustee in the Howrey, LLP Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. The Howrey LLP case is pending in the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division.
