Charles N. Bendes has joined the firm as a shareholder and the firm has changed its name to Kornfield, Nyberg, Bendes & Kuhner a Professional Corporation. Mr. Bendes represents and counsels individuals and business clients in real property, commercial and business litigation and trials, as well as transactional matters. Mr. Bendes is the 2009 President of the Alameda County Bar Association. He has an AV* rating from Martindale-Hubbell, publishers of The Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
